About Music Mode

Rico is the founder of Music Mode. He has worked as a motivational speaker for associations like Rotary International since he was as young as 17 years old. Giving motivational speeches to international audiences including Christchurch (NZ) Town Hall to the City Mayor. He discovered the enjoyment of working to strenghten various teams while running team building activities to his own work colleages back in 2001.

He initialy graduated as a Music Teacher, and later studing Composition at the University of Cordoba. He run percussion and Music ran workshops across alll ages as well as supporting learning disabilities groups in the UK and Latin America.

Guillermo is an inspiring vocalist from Argentina resident in the UK since 2000, with over 15 years experience encouraging
amateurs and professionals to free their voices and have fun singing together.

His workshops include group songs, breath-work, vocal exercises, improvisation and acting games for team building and wellbeing. Trained as a vocalist and music teacher in his native Buenos Aires, he has achieved a Masters Degree with Distinction at SOAS, University of London.
 
Guillermo has the ability to bring people together in song and achieve much more than they believe they can.

Mannie has a great ability to ensure all participants are involved and enjoying themselves. He is a natural born Showman and amazing Percussionist! He was accepted at the prestigious Argentine Conservatoire of Buenos Aires when he was 12. He has toured both New Zealand and Australia for three and a half years, recording six albums and performing in both countries with many great artists. Venues have included the Heineken Open Tennis Tournament, Dunedin Town Hall,The Mitsubishi Corporation and many private functions for Celebrities and Politicians including the Prime Minister of New Zealand. 

Niki has been dancing since she was ten years old . This was a ballroom and latin social event in the local church hall full of over 50's enjoying this wonderful form of partner dance. She was hooked and soon after started to attend Clarke's School of Dance where she learned the ten standard dances under the direction of Alan Clarke.

She has worked for various events focusing mainly on Salsa Events. These events included conferences ice breakers, school INSETs & weddings.

Niki also runs her own and wonderful Danzation Dance School. She is also runs Corporate Zumba London Classes.
