What is Zumba® ?

Zumba is a contagious mixture of Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves, hip-hop, some red-hot international music and a touch of belly dancing. Zumba® was trademarked in 2001, since then, it has grown to become the world's largest –across 110 countries- incredibly successful dance-fitness event with more than 10 million people of all shapes, sizes and ages. What is Zumba® for my event?

Zumba is incredibly fun and it is easy to follow by anyone. Researchers show that employers save over 10% a year in work-related production, overall health costs, and see improved attendance when employees participate in a corporate fitness and wellness program. This is just what our Zumba® sessions are meant for.

How our sessions work:

Our experienced and certified Zumba® Fitness instructors can run sessions tailored to different settings:

1) As a one off-show/event package we can for instance bring everyone together for a 20 minutes (or more) fun and entertaining session after the main dancer performance -if you require one for the event- or alternatively we can create a scene where everyone gets to work together in various groups with a leader on each group to finally coordinate into a massive team bonding routine!

2) If what you are looking for is more centred on a corporate fitness and wellness program to increase productivity within your team then we also have different packages of Zumba® Fitness sessions for large and small groups.
